How to Register APCCAS 2026
If you would like to participate, you are required to register for APCCAS 2026.
Please note that the prices are quoted in Japanese Yen.

Publication Policy of the Accepted Papers
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by an author registered at the full (regular) rate in order to be included in both the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
- If an author registers but does not attend the on-site presentation session, the paper will be included in the conference proceedings but not in IEEE Xplore.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at the regular registration rate no later than August 4, 2026, in order for the paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings. Each full (Regular) registration covers up to two (2) accepted papers, provided that the registrant is an author or co-author of both papers.The “full registration” mentioned above means following:
- If an author has more than two accepted papers, an additional full registration is required for every two papers.
- Student-rate (including life member) registrations cannot be used to cover any accepted papers.
